About these terms

These terms cover your use of lilmateen.com and purchases from LILMATEEN. Contact us at hello@lilmateen.com with questions about the site or an order. Our store is hosted by Shopify.

Products and prices

Prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The UNFIXED 001 hoodie is RM199 and includes the original LILMATEEN patch. Additional patches are RM25 each and sold separately. Available hoodie sizes are S, M, L, XL and XXL (also labelled 2XL). Products and sizes are subject to stock availability.

Standard shipping within Malaysia is RM15 per order. Review the total displayed at checkout before paying. We do not add undisclosed charges after payment. Product colours may appear differently across screens; this does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or materially different from its description.

Orders and payment

Please provide accurate order, contact and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorised to use. We begin processing orders after payment is confirmed. If an item is unavailable or an error prevents us from fulfilling an order as placed, we will contact you and offer an appropriate correction or refund. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.

Launch and early access

DROP 001 launches publicly on 1 October 2026. Early-access subscribers can buy one day earlier, on 30 September 2026, subject to available stock. Joining the list does not reserve an item or guarantee availability. Subscribers receive release information by email and can unsubscribe at any time.

Shipping, cancellations and returns

We ship within Malaysia only and dispatch within 5–8 working days after confirmed payment. Courier transit time is additional. Read our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refund Policy for full details, including cancellation and exchange instructions.

Website use

Do not use this website for unlawful activities, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or copy LILMATEEN branding, photographs or designs for commercial use without permission. You may browse and share links for personal use.

Your rights and changes to these terms

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any mandatory consumer rights or remedies under Malaysian law. These terms are governed by Malaysian law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply. We may update these terms for future use and orders; changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
