Where we ship

We currently ship within Malaysia only, including Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak.

Shipping fee

Standard shipping is RM15 per order within Malaysia. This charge is shown before payment.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 5–8 working days after payment is confirmed. Working days exclude weekends and Malaysian public holidays. Dispatch means we hand your parcel to the courier; this is not the delivery time.

Courier transit time is additional and depends on your location. We will provide tracking details when your order is dispatched. If dispatch is delayed beyond the stated window, we will contact you with an update.

Address changes and delivery problems

Please check your address and contact details before ordering. To request a correction before dispatch, email hello@lilmateen.com with your order number. Changes may not be possible once the parcel is dispatched.

If tracking stops updating, your parcel appears lost, or it arrives damaged, contact us so we can investigate with the courier and arrange an appropriate resolution. Keep the packaging and photographs of visible damage where possible.
